3. All income earned will be paid only through bank transfer.
4. Income requests are subject to verification and will be processed within up to 3 working days after approval.
5. All commissions, incentives, and payouts are subject to applicable TDS and administrative charges as per government and company policies.
6. To be eligible for income, members and their referrals must remain active, meet product purchase requirements, and follow company guidelines. Each individual is permitted to create only one account per IP address. Duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or paid sign-ups are strictly prohibited, and accounts may be subject to email or identity verification.
7. The company reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that appears suspicious, fraudulent, inactive, or in violation of policies, without prior notice.
8. Gidigala Mart does not guarantee or promise any fixed income, written or implied. Earnings depend solely on individual effort, product sales, and team performance.
9. Members are responsible for providing accurate bank details. Payments made to an incorrect bank account due to wrong information will not be reprocessed unless a refund is received.
10. Product orders will be dispatched through authorized courier services within 7 working days, subject to location, stock availability, and logistics conditions.
11. Spamming, misleading promotion, false income claims, or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in immediate termination and legal action if required.
12. Gidigala Mart reserves the right to modify, add, or change its business plans, policies, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice.
All decisions regarding policies, income eligibility, account status, and disputes shall be the final authority of Gidigala Mart.
